How do they boil water in those paper/plastic bowls without getting them burned or melt??
It uses induction heating, if you look at the beginning of the video, the bottom of the bowl is silver, which is some kind of metal plate. The water that is dispensed is hot water, but not boiling yet, the added heat from the induction heating to the bowl will bring it to a boil.
